Life's varied challenges have sharpened my empathy and wisdom, equally as my medical expertise. From serving as an Army combat medic, to a decade of healing as a nurse and career firefighter, I've connected with humanity intimately. Personal struggles and my own story with betrayal trauma/love addiction has enriched my insight. Whether leading women's groups or listening to the vulnerable stories of individuals in church settings, I've spent the last ten years devoted to supporting and helping others heal.

I am supported by my creative and vibrant husband, united in the world of therapy, who feeds my spirit and encourages me continually. As a team, we parent a daughter whose fierce enthusiasm teaches me the complexities of raising a child. Every aspect, from my family of origin to our collective experiences of joy and pain, highlights this simple truth: life is a beautiful blend of immense joy and challenges, hopes and suffering, deaths and resurrections.

I love to play with my daughter and husband in the outdoors, sing, dance, care for my body, worship my Lord, and delight in the presence of my family and dear friends.

*My spiritual journey is rooted in the Christian tradition, but I honor and rejoice in the spiritual practices of all my clients. I promise you, our space is a safe haven of respect where your beliefs are valued and treated with compassion, without any judgment. Here, your own spirituality is an essential part of who you are, and we celebrate that.
